At MWC as part of launching a new series of phones which will include the Primo HTC will also reveal Sense 4.0 which is their own custom UI for Android smartphones. Pocketnow has somehow gotten some hands on time with a Sense 4.0 enhanced smartphone and written up a nice summary of what we can expect.
Read on for some of the improvements that should be found in HTC's Sense 4.0.
I received my Galaxy Nexus in December and proceeded to order a Casemate barely there case. I didn't want a big bulky case as the phone is gorgeous in design and the slimmer the case, the better it will look. Well it turns out I probably would have been better off leaving the device unprotected. My device seized up last night which happens occassionally when you live in a world with a rooted phone and custom rom. No biggie. I took the case off to get to the battery cover and I was greeted with some sediment of some distraction on the bottom corners of where the case had been. I wiped off the sediment and there are dents/scratches on my phone. Surely not. I applied some proven saliva to wipe it off, no chance.
Back in 2010 at the Mobile World Congress, Lumigon unveiled their new range of smartphones with the flagship dubbed the Lumigon T1. Lumigon also had an S1 and an E1 which were abandoned to focus solely on the T1. They had a launch party for the T1 and Lumigon promised to launch it by the end of 2010. Alas it didn't happen and we forgot about a device that looked to have so much promise. The T1 at the time was to battle for the industry flagship status with a 3.5 inch display, HDMi out, a 1Ghz processor and a partnership with audio technology giant Bang and Olufsen. The latter bringing an audio experience similar to what HTC are trying to achieve with Beats.
Official Steam app available, however only to beta participants for now
Written by Murphy WangSteam, Valve's leading digital distribution platform, is a powerful and massive online community and store for games. Gamers can purchase games, read the latest gaming news, play games with their friends using Steam and chat with them.
Now that the official app is launched, gamers can do all that on-the-go, just not play the games on their Android yet. For anyone who has missed out on those incredible Steam sales, will know how valuable it is to have the ability to snatch a bargain or two on their mobile.

HTC to focus on quality not quantity in 2012
Written by Blair McClelland (ArchSerpo)HTC's UK head Phil Roberson has said in a recent interview that HTC are rethinking their strategy for 2012. 2011 was a bit of a let down with for the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer, even in their own words they "tried to do too much." This year HTC plan to make "something special" instead of releasing three devices for one market and trying to differentiate them all with marketing.
Android tablet share at 39 percent
Written by Pete Thompson (AndroidMNZ)The fourth quarter of 2011 was very kind for Android tablets, with sales tripling over the period. Don't get too excited as Apple still holds top spot, obviously! But it's a great effort from Android who haven't been in the tablet market for long. Global tablet shipments in the quarter rose to 26.8 million up from 10.7 million in the previous year. Analysts are seeing an increasing number of consumers moving away from netbooks, notebooks and desktops to tablets. Android is now backed my multiple manufacturers in the tablet market, which led to 10.5 million units being shipped. In comparison the previous year was 3.1 million Android tablets. As a market share Android reached 39.1% up from 29% the previous year.
